What we do
We focus exclusively on our two core competencies. For one, we handle search and selection activities for the filling of advisory, supervisory and management board roles, as well as finding the right executives and specialists for our clients. Additionally, we also supply interim managers for short-term solutions.
Our search criteria, always individually tailored to your company’s needs,
and an intensively cultivated pool of over 1,500 of the best interim managers are what make us acknowledged experts in executive search and the placement of interim managers since 1996.
This longstanding experience together with our constantly optimised processes and tools and our continuously growing pool of candidates are our recipe for finding the people you need reliably, quickly and permanently. Most of the candidates we recommend move up the career ladder within the company in the first four years. As a result, about three quarters of our mandates come from longstanding clients – the best compliment for the quality of our work.
