The Hilltop search process
1. Goal definition
We’ll work with you to prepare a precise search and requirements profile. Then your personal project team will develop a transparent project plan encompassing the entire procedure from start to finish.
2. Analysis
Based on the profile of requirements and a precise market and company analysis conducted by your project team, we’ll determine the approaches and the search strategy to be adopted. A list of target companies is drawn up in the next step.
3. Approach
Once suitable candidates have been identified we’ll make initial contact in the way that best suits the candidate’s personality. The right form of approach is often instrumental in the success or failure of the project from the start, which is why this is handled by our own in-house research team.
4. Interview
We take plenty of time getting to know the professional and personal skills of each candidate in a face-to-face interview. The candidates’ availability, interest and, above all, their suitability are all compared against the requirements profile and presented to you in the form of status reports and individual analyses.
5. Presentation
Candidates are always presented in the presence of your personal consultant as an impartial moderator. Both our clients and the candidates receive detailed feedback in person afterwards. Naturally we’ll also check candidates’ references for our clients.
6. Coaching and follow-up
The best basis for lasting success is the new executive’s smooth integration into your organisation. We can help to facilitate this process with intensive coaching and/or follow-up interviews on request.
