(hereinafter “Provider”) on this website (hereinafter “Offer”). The legal basis is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

The access data include: name of the website accessed, file, date and time of the data retrieval, data volume transferred, notification of the retrieval, browser type and version, user’s operating system, referrer URL (the site visited previously), IP address and requesting provider.

Personal data is information with the aid of which a person’s identity can be determined, i.e. personal details that can be traced back to a person. These include, for instance, the name, e-mail address or telephone number.

Provider only gathers, uses and passes on personal data according to Section 6 GDPR, if the user consents to the collection of the data or if this is permissible.

By sending your CV via the general contact form or to any other Hilltop employee directly, you fully agree into the storage and processing of your personal data, in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract, according to Section 6 Para.1 GDPR (here: a possible recruiting service/placement by Hilltop).
